Due to the COVID-19 Virus, some areas (including all of New Zealand) are currently in lockdown, and as such, shipments are unable to be made. Please be aware that all approved redemptions will be honoured by D-Link, but at this time we cannot guarantee when these shipments will be processed.
As the lockdowns are lifted in the future, we will contact each approved customer with further details on when you can expect your redemption shipment to be made. Please note that e-gift cards are exempt from this and will be processed as normal per our Terms and Conditions.
